These strategic appointments are set to bolster Aircall's momentum and drive its new growth phase, centered around a customer-first approach. This move aims to further solidify Aircall's position in the crucial North American market, where demand for customer-centric solutions is substantial.

Mary Nelson brings with her more than a decade of experience in leading customer-focused teams. Her most recent role was Chief Client Officer at Alkami Technology, a cloud-based digital banking solutions provider. There, she led a team of 250 customer-facing professionals, achieving an annual recurring revenue of $226 million. Nelson played a crucial role in scaling the company through its IPO and beyond. As Chief Customer Officer at Aircall, Nelson's mission is to enhance the company's alignment with customer needs, ensuring that it continues to empower professionals to turn conversations into meaningful business impact. She will play a pivotal role in strengthening Aircall's presence in the SMB market, positioning the company as a preferred partner, and delivering exceptional experiences to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Greg Peel, with nearly 30 years of experience, joins Aircall from Paychex, where he built a high-performing sales organization known for its exceptional results. Under his leadership, teams with over 400 sales representatives achieved over $100 million in annual new revenue. At Deluxe Corp, Peel managed a sales team in the U.S. and Canada, achieving triple-digit growth in 2022.
