In the Higher Education Programs and Quotas Guide published by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), new sections to be opened for the first time this year took their place. Among these, Cyber Security Analyst and Operator programs were opened within the Cyber Security Vocational Schools in 4 universities. For these departments, whose language of instruction is at least 30 percent English, 25 quotas for each university and a total of 100 quotas were given.

On the other hand, in the Cyber Security Vocational School, students will be recruited in the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year according to the results of YKS. There will be a "cyber security analyst and operator program" in the vocational school where students will be accepted according to the central YKS and TYT (Basic Ability Test) score type made by OSYM.
The language of instruction will be 30 percent English, and the quota of the program will be 25. Program graduates will use the title of "technician".
