As a result of the decline, it was thought that tuberculosis was under control in 1975-1980 and the measures taken were eased. Due to the easing of the measures, a serious increase in tuberculosis was observed. This development has shown us how important the consequences of small mistakes, disruptions and relaxation of measures in infectious diseases are. Infectious diseases such as tuberculosis are diseases that cannot be neglected. That's why in 1993 the World Health Organization declared it a State of Emergency for the first time.
