The case related to Jeffrey Epstein , a businessman accused of sexual abuse of children in the USA and committed suicide in prison In his statement in the fifth and last part of his files , Epstein denied the allegations that he blackmailed famous names hundreds of times. The fifth and last part of the case files related to the "prostitution island" of American businessman Jeffrey Epstein, who committed suicide in the prison where he was detained for crimes such as prostitution, pedophilia and sexual abuse of children, has been published. Epstein's statements are included in approximately 1,400 pages of documents . According to documents alleging that he blackmailed famous people , Epstein refused to answer questions put to him hundreds of times. In her 2016 sworn statement included in the documents , Epstein invoked her right to remain silent at least 500 times in response to questions about whether she had tried to blackmail Prince Andrew. "I was forced to have sexual intercourse with a president" Plaintiff Virginia Giuffre said in her statement in 2016 that she was paid between 10 thousand and 15 thousand US dollars in exchange for sexual intercourse with Britain's Prince Andrew. Prince Andrew claimed in a previous statement that he had never met Giuffre. Giuffre also stated that a media outlet paid her $160,000 for two articles and a photo with Prince Andrew. Giuffre also stated in her statement that she had never had sexual intercourse with any "president", but claimed that she was "forced" to have intercourse with a very well-known president. Refusing to name the president in question, Giuffre said, "If I had to say, I know he's not a good person to talk about, I'm not going to say his name publicly." Other people who Giuffre claims was forced to have sexual intercourse include Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, Victoria's Secret owner Les Wexner, investment fund owner Glenn Dubin and former US special envoy for the Middle East George Mitchell. The names in question had previously denied the allegations against them. He committed suicide. American billionaire businessman Jeffrey Epstein was sent to prison after being brought before a judge in the federal court in New York on July 6, 2019, on charges of sexual abuse against dozens of underage girls between 2002 and 2005. Epst ein committed suicide on August 10, 2019, in the prison where he was detained.

He was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his role in Epstein's crimes.

The decision to disclose the case files
Judge Loretta Preska ruled in December that the documents should be made public within the scope of the defamation lawsuit filed by the abused Virginia Giuffre against Maxwell in 2015. It was on the agenda that the published documents included statements about names such as British Prince Andrew, former US President Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and the famous singer Michael Jackson. It was revealed that the records contained allegations that Epstein had tapes of Clinton, Prince Andrew and British businessman Sir Richard Branson.
