As Israel prepares for a ground operation in Lebanon, the Israeli army has called on residents of some buildings in the Dahiyeh district, south of the Lebanese capital Beirut, to evacuate. Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli warplanes were flying over the area and dropping flares.
