Talks on the second phase of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas are continuing. The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, shared footage of Israeli prisoners held in tunnels in the Gaza Strip. One prisoner in the video said, "I am very happy that my brother will be released tomorrow, but separating families makes no sense at all."
In the footage, which shows the captives hugging each other, one of the captives addresses Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying, "Get everyone out and don't separate families. Don't ruin our lives. Tell my mother, my father and everyone to continue the demonstrations and put pressure on this government to sign the second phase of the agreement and return us to our homes."
Emphasizing that enough lives have been ruined, the Israeli captive referred to the ongoing ceasefire talks and said, "Hamas is protecting me, but enough is enough, get me out of here. Get everyone out. I can't stay here. Enough is enough, sign the agreement, Netanyahu. If you have a heart, if you have a little conscience, sign it. Sign it today."
