Characteristics of Anzer Honey
What makes Anzer honey unique is the rich plant diversity of the plateau where it is produced. Anzer Plateau is home to over 500 plant species, nearly 80 of which are endemic. This diversity increases both the nutritional value and medicinal properties of the honey.
