A team of 14 people, including foreigners, landed in Morca, one of the deepest caves in Turkey, located in Sugözü District. Marck Dickey of the USA, who was part of the team that descended into the cave, which has an entrance from 2 thousand 100 meters of the Taurus Mountains, suffered from stomach discomfort at about a thousand meters. Upon receiving the news, AFAD, UMKE and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region.
On the other hand, it has been reported that support teams will come from Italy and Hungary under the coordination of the Turkish Mountaineering Federation for the rescue of the mountaineer.
